Foil Drive Universal Mini Pod

The Foil Drive Universal Mini Pod is a toolless, instant-latching motor pod that cuts drag versus the older clamshell Universal Motor Pod. A smaller wetted area, a strap-and-latch fit, and a removable two-piece shell make mast swaps fast and screw-free after the one-time motor mount.

An Inner Pod bolts to the V2 motor. A removable Outer Pod deforms to the mast. The two slide on and lock with an EPDM, aramid-fibre-reinforced rubber strap. Three strap sizes ship with every Mini Pod. Most masts use Medium. The Inner Pod has a seven-position ladder so strap tension can be tuned to the mast.

V2 motors only. The Mini Pod needs a V2 motor with a removable motor cable. It is not compatible with V1 motors, and it is not a replacement pod for integrated masts that already have a fixed pod. This is not the older Universal Motor Pod (SKU FD095) — that clamshell still exists as a separate spare.

Includes: 1 Outer Pod, 1 Inner Pod, 3 straps (S / M / L), 4 M4 x 16 mm bolts, 1 mast cable guide. Electrical tape for the motor cable is not included.
