The Foil Shop X AppleTree TFS PRONE FOIL BOARD 4'7' X 19 37L 4'7 X 19 37.5L (neon yellow)

TFS Prone Foil Board

The board is a fairly straight forward shape that just works. Its volume distribution is very balanced with the most volume right under your chest. This helps with easy paddling and helps you catch just about any wave.

A narrow pulled in tail helps with hard carves without hitting the rail when you lay the board over. A flat deck provides tons of stability while paddling as well as when up on foil.

This board comes exclusively in 2 sizes, a 4’7″ at 37,5L and a 4’10” at 42L.

The 37,5L has a NEON YELLOW taildip and the 42L an ORANGE tail dip as standard, included in the price.

We designed this board after testing really all the prone shapes on the market and finding nothing really had all the boxes checked

For prone foiling in Southern California, like most spots, you want something long enough and with enough foam to paddle easy enough to overcome the long paddle outs, or ripping currents, but also something that feels small under foot to allow the most high performance riding possible

We found these dims to be money for most riders. Expert level riders will for sure want something smaller, but for the average foiler, this board will for sure take your riding to the next level

The shape looks simple enough, but with the pulled in tail, and flattened out deck line in the back, we've optimized the back half of the board for speed and release, while still offering a lot of real estate for your feet. Allowing even large footed riders plenty of room to offset for improved control and tighter turns

The rial lines are straight, and the bottom deck is flat, giving a really fast release off the water, and a stable platform when popping up, even in turbulent washy zones which we are all too familiar with on the white wash chip-ins

Lastly, we bout these boards with AppleTree, the best board maker in the world in our opinion

Their patented build process ensures the stiffest board (we've ever felt) that is still light, and completely water proof! AppleTree's homegrown foam is completely closed cell, meaning aint even if you crack your rail and stay in the water, your board will NEVER take on water. Period.  Their insane foam also eliminates the need for a vent plug, which can be common source of failure in boards.

These boards will feel MUCH smaller under foot than the dims would lead you to believe, while paddling better than you would guess just off the volume. Trust us, you're gonna be stoked on this board. We know we are, and we've ridden everything!
