It’s finally here! One of the best surf wings of all time has had a face lift, and she’s looking like she’s ready to steal your man!

AFS took their time with the gen2 of the Silk. The first one was so good they didn’t want to just “make a new one.” While the wing looks a bit different than the first one, it has kept the same DNA, but tuned everything up to be a more modern surf wing

For fans of the original, you’ll still have the excellent roll for tight turns, smooth effortless feel through the water, and clean release of the tips when banking hard on carves and snaps. 

What has changed about the wing is the speed range has been improved, while still maintaining a great low end, the new shape has allowed the wing to feel even better at faster speeds. The wing is stiffer, offering an even more direct feel. And lastly the transition from rail to rail feels even smoother!
